Partners was retained in 2004 by Menard Doswell & Company of
Ft. Worth, TX and the Living Bridge Corporation of Toronto, Canada
to advise on the economic merit of a potential development of the
Tilanqiao Historical District in Shanghai, China. The transaction
is a large scale, multiblock, newbuild/renovation project with residential,
office, retail and hotel components that is in the tens of thousands
of square meters in scale. Tungsten Partners was engaged to coordinate
information from construction advisors, market specialists, architects
etc. to create an investment model and package to be used in an
ongoing dialog with the Chinese Government as well as with potential
Western investors.
