ungsten Partners is working in conjunction with Island Estates Homes of Melville, NY to develop over 87 acres of prime residential land in Mahopac, NY, a town roughly 1 hour North of New York City. The land was acquired in 2004 and is currently in the entitlement process to be developed into luxury residential homes on 3 acre parcels.
