he Ace Hotel Group, in which Tungsten maintains a partnership stake, is working with Dune Capital, GFI Capital and Roman & Williams architecture to create The Ace Hotel on Broadway and 29th Street in NYC. Tungsten has a stake in the branding fees and the equity of the hotel. Opening February 09, the 270-room hotel, features a restaurant from Ken Friedman of Spotted Pig, a Stumptown Coffee shop, a Rudy's Barbershop a store by Various Projects, Inc.
